How to Create an Email Widget

  1. Open Simple Widgets and navigate to your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
  2. Choose what to capture — full inbox, unread count, or priority messages
  3. Click to select the element
  4. Set your refresh interval (1–5 minutes for real-time awareness)
  5. Position in a corner of your desktop

Display Options

Inbox Preview — Shows your most recent 3–5 emails in a compact list.

Unread Count Only — A tiny widget showing just the number of unread messages.

Priority Inbox — Captures only important or starred messages.
